We wanted a 9/10 or better. Realtors Ive had experience in the past for other properties were pushing to concede with a 7/10. It is a home we will be paying for and living in. We wanted a nearly perfect home. The one we bought is nearly perfect. I did concede on the lot size. The rest is what we wanted!
