Chris Nicholson

I was born In Monterey California and at the age of 3 my parents chose to relocate to Coeur d' Alene. I have since called this area home. After graduating from CDA High School, I attended ITT Technical Institute and received a degree in Electronics engineering. While attending college I worked part time at the local Ford dealership and then for almost 20 years, as the Parts Manager. During that time, I learned that I most enjoyed the people. My customers became friends and family to me. I decided to open with a partner our own repair facility so that we could continue that same level of personalized service to the community after the Ford store was sold off. Two years later I decided to pursue Real Estate with a friend who had been successful in the business. The same customer service, and interaction is what excites me most about this career. I am married to my amazing wife Mandy, and am proud of my two amazing sons Evan, and Drew ( Evan has now joined me in RE). We feel blessed to live in such a beautiful area that provides such an exceptional way of life. The employment, education, recreation, natural beauty, and most importantly the PEOPLE, are what keep us here.
