ZillowVERIFIEDThe lack of professionalism and communication we encountered with Chris Nicols needs to be addressed. For some background without airing everything out. The sale of our family home was a very sensitive situation (divorce) and we also had court order papers that tied our hands behind our back. Chris Nichols took full advantage of the situation and threaten my husband on multiple occasions that he was going to take us to court if we didnt comply. First of when his team came to put the aEURoefor saleaEUR? sign on our yard, they showed up at 7 am with no notice from Chris. That woke up our dogs and our infant child. For open house he was never present and left my husband to show the house himself. We still occupied the residence when open house were happening but to my understanding the relator selling the house should be here. He was never present for any of them. We had people showing up at all hours of the day wanting to see the house including climbing over our fences to see our home. Chris on multiple occasions did not communicate with us that these people would be showing up. In fact he has zero regards for our home life and my husbands work. He would tell my husband that he aEURoe had to let people inaEUR? to see our home even if we told him we couldnt do the time the potential buyer wanted due to my husband working or us not being home. He included in multiple text messages that aEURoe if you dont let them in Ill go talk to the lawyer and get it court ordered.aEUR? Keep in mind we still live in the residence and my husband works! He cant just drop work to let someone in our home. His demeanor came with much dismay. He would also text my husband aEURoe showing from x time - x timeaEUR? without asking he would just demand we show the house. He never communicated with my husband about the process or answered any of our questions. Granted we werent the ones who hired him ( second party did) but he still should have had the professionalism to involve my husband in the sale process of the house being that he is the one that had to sign all the paper work in the end. He left threatening voicemail to my husband after our house had a pending offer saying that if he didnt sign docs by X amount of time he would go to the court house. He left this voicemail moments after sending my husband the docs to sign. He didnt even give my husband any time to check his email or let us know the house had a pending sale. I found out through social media and thats when I told my husband and he checked his emails. Chris did not call him to go over the paperwork or answered our questions but he did call us back to threaten my husband more and that if he refused to sign the closing docs he had just sent over about 15-20 min prior to the threats, it was not going to give us more time to stay in the residence. He also told my husband that the reason for his behavior was because my husband did not shake his hand and my husband supposedly did a yelp review about him 2 years ago that was not to his favor. For the record we did not do any reviews on Chris bc WE DID NOT SELL OUR HOUSE! As a professional how could you let something like this keep you from doing your job? Especially being that is not true that my husband did any review on him. Till the very end Chris was disrespectful, disgustingly arrogant and took full advantage of the situation. Chris is very unprofessional and very childish. I cant believe that someone who acts that way is even employed. I make this review because I know divorce is common and its already a very hard time having to split assets but please do yourself a favor and not hire Chris Nicols to be your agent. . You dont want to end up with someone like Chris who will make things extremely hostile for you and your family. There is much much more that happened but I am just going to state the facts that we have proof of. No matter who you are or wether you like the person your doing business with or not, you still have to have integrity and be respectful.

ZillowVERIFIEDChris is amazing! He is worth every penny. Was able to put a deal back together that was falling apart just by having a conversation with the seller. He is a professional with great integrity. I felt he always had our best interest at the forefront. I would trust him to sell my house again.
