Chris has been a great realtor with helpful guidance for the transactions of the last 3 homes we have bought/sold. I first looked at Colony Place, but because our adult son on the autistic spectrum lives with us we were excluded. I had talked to several other realtors, but Chris went the extra mile to check regulations, and to suggest Pine Hills as they have different guidelines.
