ZillowVERIFIEDChris is an excellent agent! I was blessed to find him by searching realtors in the area. His reviews were great so I took a chance and emailed him on a Sunday night expecting a response during the upcoming week. He answered that same night! We touched base the next day. We are moving to Wichita Falls, TX from out of state and was unable to tour houses with him. He reassured me that many of his out of town clients have bought sight unseen with his help. He was Right! The following couple of days he toured 6 houses for us and sent us detailed videos that he personally toured and gave realistic commentary on each one (much appreciated). We put an offer in on the 6th home that same week! He was more than happy to go tour the home again with my brother so that we at least had a family member tour the home. A month and a half later and we are the owners to our first home! He handled everything with inspections, appraisal, title perfectly for us. He was very professional in communicating with our lender and then communicating to us what the next step was. We closed on the home last week and he is still going above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect for our arrival. I would recommend Chris to anyone!
