I cannot thank Chris enough for helping us sell our house in Las Vegas!! Chris is a hardworking, professional realtor. He was always available in communicating with us, whether it was by phone or email. We ended up getting $8,000 over our original asking price. As we were not in Las Vegas, Chris dealt with the tenant who had vacated the property halfway through the listing, and did the final inspection for the tenant. He also got us a great handyman to do the minor repairs that the buyer requested. The final transaction was more complex than usual because we are foreign sellers and had to deal with the Witholding Tax, which Chris has some experience with. If youre a Canadian trying to sell your house in Vegas, he can help you in that area, too. Ive dealt with many realtors in the past, Chris is one of the best!!

We met Chris after having to let our agent go for not meeting any of our expectations so we were a bit cautious. Chris jumped in with both feet and basically said, we re going to get this house sold and this is how we re going to do it....then cue the rotten luck. NV Energy decided to dig up our front yard and replace our power lines the day it went on the market and the week before our first open house. NV Energy did this for a full month. After it was cleaned up Chris meant business. Lots of open houses, magazine listings with pics done by professionals and even a drone...and then another piece of rotten luck. A pandemic. That s when Chris jumped again and did a virtual walk-thru, vetted the agents/clients before coming thru our home with PPE and really just went above and beyond in everything he did. I mean, come on, this guy was answering questions about an offer the day before his wedding. So really, if you want a guy who is awesome to talk to and will pick up your spirits when you are feeling like your house is never going to sell...then THIS is your guy. I only wish that he lived in our new state so he could help us find a new home too!
