How awesome is it to have a local guy from your hometown, help when you have to make that big transition. He makes sure he is knowledgeable throughout the market! He goes the extra mile, & helps you feel confident in your choice/no pressure. He will show you 100 houses if that's what it takes; but typically knows his buyers well enough not to have too. Currently helping us look for our Forever Home! Wouldn't dream of using anyone else!

ZillowVERIFIEDHe went out of his way to get our house SOLD! We were in Connecticut and snowed in, trying to make it home for the closing and he went out of his way to move us out. I know most Realtors don't do this, but it was part of the agreement with the buyers and we could not make it in to do so in time. He spent the night before and morning of the closing getting all moved for us. Very nice gentlemen! Brings back our faith in humanity!

ZillowVERIFIEDChris works for the Realtor representing the sellers but was my rep in the transaction. In hindsight maybe not the best scenario. He is not the best, nor the worst. Works more for the seller rather than the buyer. We had to wait 21 days after closing to take possession of house. It was in the initial contract but not divulged and I missed it.

ZillowVERIFIEDChris is amazing. I had my house up for sale for 2 years. I had used a realtor in the past but it was sale by owner at the time. He cold called me one day and said that he had someone interested in my house. He asked if I minded if he showed it. He negotiated a sell with that buyer. They encountered an issue with their financing and Chris found a new buyer in no time. He went above and beyond to facilitate the sale. He was unbiased and incredibly knowledgeable when we looked at new homes. You do not feel like Chris is a salesman of any sort. He makes you feel like you hired a professional to navigate the sales/purchase process that works just for you. I could not give Chris a higher recommendation.
