In our first meeting Ashley delivered an extremely impressive presentation explaining the capabilities of her team. She and her team followed through and delivered on everything she said she would. She was very helpful in determining the right price point to sell our home by providing us solid market analysis data to help with the decision. The next day we had a stager in our house making improvements to show our home better. Then she effectively marketed the Open House and we got an offer on it shortly after. The 21 Century team is designed to leverage each individuals strengths. Everyone was great to work with. I highly recommend Ashley if you are looking for a realtor who can get the job done.
