Mr. Stitnicky did a fantastic job with my family, bringing a lot of prior home renovation expertise to the table. He pointed out a lot of extra items to check for on walk-throughs, and was a very personable guy. Andy had some great advice and exercised a lot of patience with question bombardment on all days of the week.His schedule flexibility was top notch. In the rare scenario that he could not be there for us, he did his best to make sure we had someone available to us. This was so helpful for a "quick visit" in this crazy fast market. Andy did a great job comparing recent market rates, and we always had a very expedited answer on going area rates for recent sales, helping us form an offer that landed us a beautiful home (with inspection!) In, again, a crazy market.All-in-all, we couldn't be happier with our choice of realtor, and would readily recommend him to anyone in search of an agent.
