About Chris Loschiavo

After a 20-year career in Higher Education Administration helping students learn from their mistakes, I shifted my career to helping people make the most important investment in their lives. I love helping people buy and sell homes and accomplish their real estate goals. Throughout my 6 years in Real Estate, I have taken an educational and advising approach to helping people as opposed to a sales approach and the over 150 families I have helped along the way have appreciated this approach. My knowledge of the law and mediation also helps me help my clients with smooth transactions and over time I have developed good working relationships with others in the field. The best part of being a REALTOR is my relationships with my clients and other vendors in the field. I love providing my clients and prospective clients with knowledge about the market so they can make informed decisions about buying and selling real estate.
