Chris and the entire Leeper Realty team were absolutely first rate in all aspects of selling our Riverside home. From the day we met to discuss listing strategy to the day we closed, everything was handled promptly, professionally and personably. Chris worked hard to get the house in top shape prior to listing. His recommendation for repairs and enhancements were pragmatic and thoughtful. He managed the needed work and made certain everything was done properly. As remote owners, we needed him to be our eyes and ears and he did so superbly. He intelligently advised us on all aspects of the negotiations and worked hard to make sure we got the best possible result.
