He answered us right away to either talk, or to let us know when he would be available to return our call. Buying or selling a house is stressful and I cant imagine being unable to reach my realtor for answers or assurances about an issue. My husband and I moved from out-of-state and being unfamiliar with the area, we were very happy that Chris was able to recommend both an excellent attorney and mortgage company to us. Him being based on the south shore and us looking on the north shore did not phase him at all which we sincerely appreciated. He went above and beyond from first conversations to the day we moved in and everything in between. I consider Chris a friend with the amount of time we spent together looking at houses, writing offers, etc? he definitely knows the market and has a solid grasp on what will and what won?t get you into your ideal home.
