    My wife and I purchased a home that was listed by Chris Karas and we worked without a broker. Chris was very helpful to us and while not technically our broker he referred us to a terrific mortgage person, Matt Siket at U.S. Bank and made the entire process quick and easy. Chris was very responsive and we would absolutely work with him and his staff again if the need arises.

Chris was happy to show us anything we wanted to see....even if it was not the type of home we really wanted. We came full circle and bought the house Chris knew from the beginning was a perfect fit for us. We just needed to see everything that was our there first before realizing how much we loved the house. It is a perfect fit for us. And we got it at the price we wanted.
