I have worked with all types of clients. First-time home buyers, upgraders, downsizers, new construction. I have also worked with estates. I have experience working with "long distance" buyers and sellers.

I assisted a first-time homebuyer who had many personal struggles. It was really a rough year for them, for many reasons. I looked at many, many homes with this buyer however there always seemed to be a complication. The buyer eventually found the home of their dreams. Unfortunately, there were several other offers on the property. I guided the buyer, and provided recommendations to set their offer apart from the others. The seller accepted. To see the buyer smiling ear to ear on the day of closing was a very fulfilling feeling. Although the process was complicated, we navigated our way to the closing table and made it official!

What started as a part-time hobby quickly transitioned into a successful real estate career and business. I did not expect the business to take off the way that it did. By delivering a good service and using sound principles of good customer service, my client base built rapidly. I am now a multi-million producer at my company and always strive to deliver the best service to my clients.

I have taken several real estate courses geared toward buyer and seller representation. I plan to obtain my GRI designation in 2021.
