Magnet Realty is where you will get your dream home. I went out looking for a medium house. I met Chris and told him what I was looking for. Long story short, I ended up getting a brand new, 4 bedrooms house. Surprise!

Chris was a phenomenal agent. I had never sold a home before and he was able to walk me through it. He was knowledgeable about the whole process. Responded quickly to my texts, calls, and emails. I couldn't decide if I wanted to rent or buy another home, I thought about buying another home and he put into contact with a lender and they had me pre approved quickly, but I eventually ended up renting. I was stressed out about finding a place to live after my house sold and he was just as worried about me and my son having a place to go. So he worked quickly to find me a rental and get me into it. He communicated with the agent that was representing the person I rented my new house from, and basically took care of the whole process for me. The day my house closed that I was selling the buyer had an issue with my grass not being cut, and Chris found and paid for someone to cut the grass at my house. The buyer also had an issue with the lawn not being watered so Chris was going to take his own water hose and go over and water the lawn for me. Chris went above and beyond in every way possible. I could not have asked for a better agent. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home, he will make the process as easy as possible and make sure you are taken care of. I could not have gotten a better agent. I am so glad that I just chose him at random, was the best decision to use him as my agent.
