As your Realtor(R) it will be my responsibility to represent you and work in your best interest. I will share my evaluation of the homes we visit, including factors that may affect their value now...and in the future. I will also prepare a Competitive Market Analysis on any property you are interested in so that you can properly evaluate and determine a realistic offer.
