We called Keith's agency because it sold the house across the street from us. Initially, we wondered about Keith's relatively young age, but his knowledge and expertise served us well. Keith was spot-on in recommendations for pricing our home and for staging it in the existing market. After listing, there was immediate interest and a full-price offer. Complications arose in the sale, and Keith's frequent contact with all parties and continuous calm carried us through the first sale collapsing, a quick re-listing, and another full-price offer that resulted in the sale.
