Lucas has been great! We did a long distance buy and he was gracious with doing video walk thru. Great with getting back to us when we had questions. He has a good pulse on what we wanted and where our priorities were in terms of features which were negotiable or were real sticking points for what we were looking for. He even arranged for a colleague to do showings when he was ill and we were in town for a visit. Fortunately he recovered and was available the following day to show us a few more homes. So glad that worked out and got him back! We love his demeanor and upbeat personality. Very personable and able to discuss non shop talk, like sports!
