About Chris Frizzell

Born in Houston, Chris is a native Texan who has resided in the Austin-Round Rock area for over 30 years. He grew up passionately cheering on the Houston Oilers and followed his favorite team as they became the Tennessee Titans. Chris graduated from Round Rock ISD and attended Texas State University. He enjoys hiking, exploring Texas small towns, and being outdoors with his wife and three children. As a licensed Realtor with over 15 years of experience, Chris is passionate about all aspects of real estate including building, buying, selling and welcoming families that are new to Texas. Having school aged children himself, Chris understands the importance that families have in choosing a school and community that fits each family's individual needs. Chris Frizzell helped me buy my first home in Terra Vista back in 2007! It was a new home built from scratch. He was so helpful! I didnt know what to expect since I had never purchased or built a home before. He walked me step by step through the entire process. Before settling on a new home, we looked at many existing homes around the Round Rock area, he was very patient. I was very picky. Overall, Chris made something that seemed very scary and intimidating, very easy and fun! Whether its your first home or 3rd home. I would highly recommend Chris. Hes the best!
