First, let me say how attentive Davis was. Anytime I sent a text or email. He responded in a timely manner, each and every time. I cant say enough about his professionalism, attention to detail and his great negotiating skills. My mortgage company was causing me headaches every time I turned around and each time I talked to Davis he had a solution. For example the title company didnt do surveys and he got me one asap as the closing was approaching. Had some really high quotes for electrical work and he provided someone that I was much happier with. Took videos of the property immediately. 4 days before closing my mortgage company had not finalized the loan and talking with Davis he had a back up plan and other lenders who would quickly resolve the issue if needed. Davis is definitely on top of his game and I highly recommend him.
