ZillowVERIFIEDListed our home for one year but that was it, he listed our home. After a year we switched to another agency who did marketing, including a drone video and the property sold with multiple offers in 22 days; you need someone who will work for you. Chris unfortunately worked with one person who would have used him for the purchase so Chris would have both sides of the deal and that was the only person he worked with. Chris did not try to sell our home to other agents and he was always busy doing something, always on the phone but never working for us unless we bugged him. It appears, if you believe whats on the web that he has no sales in over a year and his two home listing he had in 2019, including ours, did not sell and expired, so there U have it. Chris did not even know that our listing had expired and we hired another agency, he called almost two weeks after our expiration to see if we wanted to renew and then we had not returned his call when he saw it on the web under someone else so he texted us to say he would pick up his sign. Something just not right and we wish him well but want to warn you to better ask what is going on that he paid no attention to us. Do not want this to happen to yall.
