Working with Chris has been just a wonderful experince during and after the purchase of my home. I was looking for property in West Palm Beach while living out of state. My realtor in Idaho recommended Chris and we connected right away. He asked for my price range and the specific areas in WPB and immediately started sending me listing. When I found one I was interested in he was always willing to set up a face time with me right away to look at the houses. Chris was always quick to respond to emails, texts and phone calls. The process of purchasing the home was quick and easy. He set up the inspection right away so we could close quickly. He set me up with the home insurance agent who was amazing! He was available to meet me when I did finally come to WPB and see the house for the first time. The closing was easy! Since the purchase of the home, Chris has gone above and beyond what would be expected of an agent. He was willing to meet contractors and be there for deliveries! Chris is always willing to give me information regarding electricians, roofing companies and a handyman. It has been an smooth process setting this house up while living out of state. Chris has bent over backwards to make this purchase an amazing adventure. He puts his personal touch into the whole experience. I would HIGHLY recommend Chris. He's the BEST!!!!
