HIRE HIM! Purchasing my first house was stressful enough but I decided to buy a short sale home with a limited time to move! As a first time homebuyer I didn't really know what that meant but Dan made the process educational and he alleviated all of my fears about buying a home. Because he is also well versed in home inspection and diy projects he made sure that I didn't get trapped into a home with a lot of issues that I would be overwhelmed with fixing. Dan was always responsive to my calls and emails. Even though my short sale purchase took five months he never stopped updating me on what was going on even when there wasn't much going on to keep my abreast on how things were progressing. He made sure that I was getting being well taken care of from financing to inspections. I can't say enough great things about Dan! You won't be disappointed having him as your realtor, consultant, inspector, etc. THE MAN DOES IT ALL! LOL!

Greg was a great realtor and I recommend him highly. Greg took responsibility for ensuring every aspect of the home sale process went smoothly. He helped arrange the inspection, renovations, etc and everything went smoothly. He was easy to get a hold of and highly responsive. We ended up getting more than our asking price in less than one week.
