Let me start by saying--I cannot recommend John highly enough! He's just the best. Buying a home, in particular, first time is supposed to be exciting, but its also vulnerable, overwhelming, scary, and deeply personal. I can say without hesitation that I could not have navigated this process and in fact enjoyed it without John. From day one of connecting with John, he combined razor-sharp expertise with genuine care. He listened, like really listened, to what I wanted, what I needed, and what I was anxious about, which made me trust him. At every step, I felt informed, supported, and never rushed. Questions were answered promptly and thoughtfully, contracts were explained clearly (no jargon, no pressure), and every decision felt collaborative rather than transactional. What I loved most about John is his integrity, transparency, and communication skills. I never once felt like aEURoejust another client.aEUR?
