About Chris DeVincentis

As the 2025 Chairman of the Wisconsin Realtors Association and the Co-Owner and Broker of Legendary Real Estate Services, I am deeply committed to serving the needs of my clients in the real estate market. With over three decades of diverse experience in the industry, I have a proven track record of assisting more than 1,500 families in buying and selling properties across various types. From 1991 to 2008, I led RE/MAX Lakes Area Realtors as the Broker and Owner in Delavan, WI, where I honed my skills in understanding the unique situations of each client. My journey continued as the Managing Broker and VP of Operations for Keefe Real Estate from 2009 to 2020, where I coached and mentored 80 agents across seven office locations, emphasizing the importance of tailored service and client satisfaction. In 2020, I served as the President of the Lakes Area Realtor Association, and I was proud to be a Wisconsin Realtors Association State Director from 2010 to 2021. My extensive market knowledge and familiarity with cutting-edge technology empower me to navigate complex transactions seamlessly.
