About Chris Davis
As a Central Texas native, I bring a wealth of firsthand knowledge and a deep connection to the Kyle, Buda, and Wimberley areas. Growing up, I attended Hays High School before joining the Marines after graduation. My desire to further my education led me to transition to the Marine Reserves, allowing me to attend and graduate from Texas State University with a BBA in Marketing. I embarked on my professional journey in the foodservice manufacturing industry, starting as a manufacturer's sales representative and eventually becoming the Director of National Sales. Some of my notable contributions include the skillet cookie at Chili's, the croissant at Jason's Deli, and the cookie at Pizza Hut, among others. Throughout my 24-year career, I achieved numerous goals and awards as a top salesperson and manager. However, I felt a calling for a new challenge and decided to channel my extensive experience into my passion for real estate. The business skills I've honed--particularly in listening, comprehension, and contract negotiations--have significantly enhanced my ability to serve my clients effectively. I take pride in providing exceptional service, helping you find the perfect home or land. As a three-time homeowner (Condo, Home, New Construction), I understand the various processes involved in real estate transactions. Go with your gut when selecting an agent. As a Marine we learned what is called "spidy sence". If your "spidy sence" feels off then its usually right. Then get pre-approved first...it will make the process easier and faster.
Not all of your upgrades in your home will justify a higher price. It may mean a lot to you but maybe not to buyers. We all have our own preferences and needs. So when choosing an upgrade to your home specifically to try and get a higher price...do your home work and see if it will bring a good a good ROI (Return on Investment).

After 24 years in the corporate world...I decided to make a change in my foodservice manufacturing career. In my previous life I was a Director of National Sales for 3 fortune 100 food manufacturing companies. Some of my top clients were Brinker (Chili's), McDonalds, Subway, Pizza Hut and many others. I spent most of my life on a plane so when covid hit I made a choice to go another direction. I have owned a condo, home and built a home. The agents I had made the process of buying and selling these homes enjoyable and I loved to learn more about the process. So I made a life choice to get into real estate.
Yes I have 24 years of negotiating contracts with multi million dollar food corporations. I have been through numerous courses of training in contract negotiations. I have also managed several teams over the years across the country. Teaching and guiding individuals through their negotiations with top 100 restaurant chains.
