I accompanied Chris while he was showing my daughter potential farm properties to purchase. He helped her negotiate a deal that went to completion, Another of the properties he showed her caught my eye. He also helped me negotiate a deal to completion. With his help, I was able to close the property remote while on vacation. All along the way he offered good advice and recommended other service providers to help this process. I am new to farming and he continues to offer help to get me started. He is low pressure, patient, knowledgeable and helpful.
