We purchased our home in the Carson Valley, Nevada area through Chris at Intero. Chris was the listing agent. I phoned him and set up an appointment to view the home the following day. We met him at the property at the at discussed time and we were greeted with an handshake and felt very welcomed. His knowledge of the property and expertise of the area was evident with the viewing. We were treated with kindness. Chris took the time to show us the full property and answered every question. We answered with confident knowledge. We left the property with after the viewing with and after a brief discussion amongst ourselves, we called Chris with an offer. Chris was our chosen representative, and he also represented the buyer. He was very fair and with the negotiations and helped us tremendously through the process. He explained the process thoroughly with every step that was necessary to close on the home. He was very professional, prompt, honest, timely, and courteous. We felt very important through the transaction process and are grateful that he was our representative. His knowledge of the Carson Valley Nevada area and the Lake Tahoe California region is a testament to his love of his chosen profession. Chris is the best of the best .

Chris is a top notch realtor and person. We had reached out some time ago to look at one of his listings and immediately connected with him. That was the first time we met him and he is a very down to earth and honest guy. So naturally, when we found a house listed for sale that fit our needs, he was our first call. He was able to help us put in an offer quickly that was accepted and talked us through each and every communication he had with the listing agent and title company. Which is a rare find in a realtor. There are many realtors out here in the valley to choose from but my personal opinion is that Chris Griffith is the only one to choose.
