Chris Chiaramonte

Well hey there! I'm Chris Chiaramonte and I'm a real estate broker here in the greater Des Moines area. I live in Des Moines with my wife Sarah and two daughters, Isabella & Gianna. I grew up just a stone's throw away over in Urbandale, and have lived in the area my whole life. I love sports, and I'm a huge Cubs, Chiefs and Hawkeye fan (my wife and her family are big fans of the St. Louis Cardinals, which occasionally creates mildly serious issues). I also enjoy investing in real estate, being active in my church, and of course the obligatory realtor hobby of golf. I once waited in line for a free tank of gas for 9 hours and sometimes I listen to Christmas music way too early in the year. I could attempt to sell you on the prospect of working with me in these short few paragraphs. To the first time buyer I could say things like, "I will treat every home I show you like it's my own" and "I will make sure to point out all the potential issues I see if you were to try to sell this again in 5 years". To the seasoned home buyer I might say, "My responsiveness is unparalleled, negotiating skills are unmatched, and professionalism is...very professional." I could tell you about expectations and various processes that take place when it comes to buying or selling your home so there are no surprises.
