Chris Butler

Chris has been in the real estate industry since 2001 as Vice President and CFO for national developer/builders. She then began a career in real estate sales in 2006 and decided in 2010 that it was time to open a boutique real estate firm in Vero Beach in order to provide unparalleled service as well as exceptional financial analysis of what is often one of the most valuable assets a client may hold . So, Villa Realty Associates was created to bring both service and value together to our clients.

Chris moved to Vero Beach with her husband and two boys from Charlotte, NC in 2006, but had lived most of her adult life in Orlando, FL. While she had lived in fairly large cities before moving to Vero, they quickly fell in love with the small town atmosphere and could not imagine living or raising their two boys anywhere else. She grew up in Thomasville, GA, went to Florida State University and then graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Masters Degree in Taxation and went on to become a CPA. Chris was valedictorian of her graduating class in the Business School at UCF and was awarded the prestigious Elijah Watt Sells award for scoring in the top 100 of 70,000 candidates on the CPA exam. It was serving as the VP of Finance for a National Developer/Home Builder that Chris gained the knowledge and love of real estate which led her to become a licensed real estate broker.

In 2020, Chris was awarded membership in the distinguished network of Who's Who in Luxury Real Estate.
