I would like to publicly share my opinion about working with Chris Budka! He isnt just an amazing realtor, he is a phenomenal human being and a family man! When I decided to sell my house, I explained to Chris my reasonings behind that decision! He has a way of explaining things that anyone can understand! He is straightforward, doesnt cut corners, very smart and most important, VERY HONEST! I was selling my house and building one with a different builder! He didnt care about his commission, but truly he cared about the person that trusted him for the job! He has an incredible team on his side that manages and leads so well, from the photographer to his assistant! Everything went so smooth, he sold my house to the 4th person that came to look at it! Closing went just like a breeze! Then, when it was time to close on my new house, there were a few things that I absolutely loved about him! One, he looks closely at all the paperwork and all the numbers to make sure everything is correct! He looks at the product to make sure its perfect! He gets so involved as if it is for himself! I truly truly have nothing to say that I didnt love about this guy! I can tell he is so professional and very smart! Although I said I will never move again, if I had to do it again, I would hire Chris! Without any hesitance! Also, he is very kind and good to his clients! Friends who sold their home at the asked price, in less than average time, referred us to Chris. So, Chris and his team recently listed our home for sale. We found ourselves immediately in the market for a replacement dwelling. Our needs were specific, and there were a few properties which fit the bill. Time was of the essence. Chris had explained to us that he had planned some time away. I was impressed that he was able to capitalize on established relationships to put us with an associate who was able to continue showing us properties in his absence, all while he kept in touch and abreast of what we were finding, and he even managed the offer process for us while out of the area. He is thorough and has a knowledge of the process that has him in position to offer valuable advice, and enough breath of experience to anticipate potential problems and work to avoid them all together. His presentation of our own home is excellent when compared to other listings. His team provides well-thought-out marketing, which includes Photos, videos, electronic media, Flyers, and a generous online promotion program that Chris targeted to the market for our property. Which means he brought the correct buyer group to our listing, and we had offers quickly and at market value. Chris, his coordinator (Kelsey was involved all along the way), and a group of third-party service associates (title company, contractors, handy people, roofers, plumbers, etc.) have worked to put us in the best position possible on both sides of our purchase and sale. They have also worked closely with our lender to close our home purchase in two weeks. Now we were at the finish line on our sale as well. This has been a very pleasant experience for us and we would recommend the use of Chris and his team.
