About Chris Bright
Before he began his career as a RealtorA(C), Chris worked in Corporate America for 10 years. Throughout this time, he held management positions for one of the world's largest marketing firms and one of the largest International Energy companies. He brings the same professionalism that he developed from Corporate America to the Real Estate industry.
Chris continuously invests in the most up to date technology to ensure he is able to efficiently serve his clients. When it comes to selling properties, Chris develops business plans with the seller which detail his vision for things such as marketing campaigns, target audiences, and open house schedules. Chris also markets homes to his network of international and local investors to widen the pool of potential buyers. He also schedules weekly follow up meetings with the seller to make sure they are well versed on the progress of their listing.
For his buyers, Chris has experience working with all types of buyers from first time buyers, to investors and seasoned luxury buyers. Due to his experience as an investor himself, he has access to a vast network of lenders and financial advisers. Chris is knowledgeable on the process of receiving grants and other buyer's assistance programs to assist with down payments. With a business background in negotiating large complex deals and a MBA from a top University he takes enjoyment in finding and negotiating the best deals for his buyers.
Chris' vision for his business is not short sighted. He takes pride in maintaining a high level of customer service and creating lasting client relationships.
