Chris did a fantastic job helping us sell our mountain cabin and adjoining acreage. These together were a unique property. Chris did a great job of helping us carve things up and market them separately, maximizing our proceeds. Chris is by far the best agent I've ever worked with. I purchased and sold the same house within 15 months. Not only was Chris excellent in all facets of both transactions, but he was completely present and responsive the entire year in between. He connected me with local vendors to assist me in making substantial improvements to the property, from furniture stores to tree removal, HVAC, cleaning people, and local firewood delivery. He even connected me with a local handyman to clean up the deck on my property. Chris always succeeded in promptly delivering even the most minor requests. I can't say enough good things about him.
