We had an excellent experience working with Chloe to sell our home. From the beginning, we were impressed with her professionalism and her way of handling things. We contacted Chloe about 9+ months out from when we wanted to be on market because we knew we would need time to organize ourselves, declutter, make decisions on what we would sell/keep, etc. Chloe put us in touch with her staging contact right away who met with us promptly and provided a list of To Dos for getting the house show ready. Over several months, we were able to work on the things the stager recommended and by late winter when Chloe came back to look at the house, she helped us to really pinpoint what remaining areas to focus on. When it came to determining the list price, Chloe was able to guide us on how to maximize the value of the home we had put so much work and love into, while keeping us grounded on the reality of market conditions, neighborhood comps, etc. Once the house was ready and the list price was set, everything with Chloe and her team happened like clockwork - the photographer came right away, the listing was up in 24 hours time and by day 1 of our listing, we had a full roster of showings. Our home essentially sold in about 24 hours and remains one of the highest comps in our neighborhood. There was a little disconnect on the closing date and Chloe quickly jumped in to make it right so that all parties involved reached a satisfying solution. And after everything settled and closed, Chloe and her team gave us the most touching and beautiful surprise: they sent us a momento of our home that we will treasure forever.
