Chip and Haley were incredible to work with on the purchase of our home in Hilton Head. In August we spent two days on the island seeing the various communities and representative homes. Together we zeroed in on what the ideal listing would be and waited for the market to come to us. In late September the perfect home popped up. We did a virtual walk through, made an offer that was accepted. We saw the home that weekend and closed one month later. Chip was recommended by a friend, and his experience and knowledge were invaluable through the entire buying process. When we first contacted Chip, he took the time to get to know our specific family situation and needs and then went to work identifying potential options. Chip worked hard to find a house that fit our needs, and provided whatever information we needed including walk-through videos when we could not make the Open House events. He was never far away during the process and was available whenever we needed him (including several late evening calls). Chip was great to work with. He was very responsive through the entire process. I was an out of state buyer, and he first did a video walk through of the property for me. After we had a signed contract, he kept me up to date on the inspection and saw that all repairs were made. He connected me with an insurance agent to quote and bind coverage I needed. Overall, it was a very easy process. Chips team was also there to answer any questions I had along the way. They all went above and beyond my expectations.
