Ching was amazing! Whatever we needed and whenever we need it, she was right there and accessible! Her demeanor is kind and approachable, yet she is also clever and business savvy. Some cannot successfully marry these two worlds together, but Ching can! When we purchased our home, I was living in another state. While showing my husband homes, she went above and beyond to take pictures and record videos of the key things I wanted to see about each of the properties. You MUST use Ching as your realtor! We can't praise Ching enough for her outstanding work. She helped us buy our first home in Memphis, and was a champion for us, advising us with her expertise. She's responsive and caring, and has become a friend in the process. We were lucky, and found her out of the blue. Ching catered to our schedule, making last minute appointments to view properties, and when we found one we loved, she reached out to the seller's agent before we left the viewing and started the process for us. She remained diligent with negotiations, and closed as quickly as we wanted (and as fast as possible under the circumstances). We'll recommend her to everyone we meet, and we'll rely on her if we decide to move again. We can't thank her enough.

I cannot speak more highly of Ching. From the moment we started looking for our forever home until closing, everything went absolutely flawless. The experience could not have been better.
