My partner Lydia and I decided to get out of the rental cycle in late November. We were first time home buyers and had a long list of aEURoeEssentialsaEUR? for a dream home, additionally I was apprehensive about the buying experience after having a less than stellar experience selling my fathers home several years ago. From the first meeting, Cheyenne was fantastic. She quickly put us at ease, listened to our desires, and walked us through every step of the process. Cheyenne showed us several houses over several months from Cottage Grove to Albany and became a trusted part of our decision process. Cheyenne worked with us through a rescinded offer and failed inspection, dutifully explaining our rights as homebuyers and keeping our spirit up. We eventually found a house that truly checked all of our boxes and Cheyenne made the closing process painless supporting us all the way through and helping us when the seller suggested a faster closing date. Overall Cheyenne is a wonderful agent, and neither my partner or I can imagine going through a real estate transaction of any kind without her.
