Sold Our Lot Quickly. Highly professional in their client communications and property marketing approaches. Offered several listing options with varied commission structures. Strong communicators, hard workers, and genuinely nice people. Our lot sold in 1 month for just a bit under our asking price. This was after having marketed it unsuccessfully with 2 other agents for over 1 year. The only criticism I'd offer is this: I felt pressured to accept the first offer that came in, which seemed inappropriate. I understand that ultimately the price I am willing to accept is up to me. In this case, I successfully countered the offer and received $10K more for the lot as a result. So it turned out I was smart not to "just say yes" right away. On the other hand, I know that when a seller counters an offer, it's a risk, and things can go wrong. That's just real estate. I would hire this sales team again.
