Chet did an incredible job finding the perfect house for us fast. We told him we needed to move quick and he made it happen. He was very attentive during showings when we visited potential homes. He notated everything we liked and didn't so that way he could use that knowledge to make sure the next house was everything we wanted. Chet is kind and a good person, we would work with him again!

As a first time buyer my wife and I were nervous to choose someone to work with. A coworker had the greatest things to say about Chet so we went with him. It was easily the best decision we made. He is incredibly knowledgeable and has so much experience he was able to point out things that as a first time buyer I wouldn't have known to look for. Chet helped give us confidence in not settling for a place we weren't in love with and helped us purchase a more updated and bigger home than we thought we would be able to. Best part is we stayed within our budget and never felt any pressure during the entire process. Chet told us at the beginning he wanted us to be able to enjoy the process and we did. Here's the downside to working with Chet, 1. You won't want to work with anyone else ever again 2. Even though he helps you find the place you want and will love you will think about how fun it was looking and working with him and be tempted to buy again in order to work with him. In all seriousness I wouldn't change any decision we made and if you are looking just give him a call he's a no pressure type of person.
