I also hold a SFR Designation which is recognized by the National Association of Realtor. This designation furthers my shortsale knowledge and Foreclosure prevention.



The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) is the highest designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. The CRS designation recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education. I am very proud to have achieved this designation and my ability to offer the extra experience and education I attained in the process to my clients. Less than 3% of the licensed REALTORS nationwide have achieved this accomplishment!



In addition, I have been named a "Super Real Estate Agent" for eight years running by my clients and peers as published in both Mpls St Paul Magazine and Twin Cities Business Monthly, an honor shared by less than 2% of Minnesota's Licensed REALTORS! I am also a member of the Minnesota Association of Realtors as well as the St. Paul Area Association of Realtors.)



I also am a continuing member of the awesome Miracle Homes Program through Children's Miracle Network (CMN). What this means is that I donate a portion of my commission from each transaction to CMN, which goes directly to Gillette Children's Specialty Healthcare in St. Paul.
