Cheryl Roberts

The Principal Broker of MarketHouse Realty, Cheryl Roberts is one of the region's highest producing agents. She has represented some of the area's most beautiful properties and brokered multiple sales throughout Western Kentucky. She is consistently among the top real estate agents and brokers in the Western Kentucky region and has recently added to her potential by obtaining her Tennessee Broker license. Cheryl's 2022 production totaled almost $12,000,000! Cheryl completed her bachelor's degree at Murray State University, receiving a degree in accounting. After several years as an agent, in 2019 she emerged onto the scene as broker of her own real estate company--MarketHouse Realty. She has been named 2018 Murray/Calloway Realtor of the Year and 2021 Kentucky Future Business Leaders of America's Businessperson of the Year. Cheryl resides in Murray where she has lived most of her life. She and her husband, Ray, have three children--Sydney, Lexan, and Grayson. She loves working with the public and helping her clients write their stories.
