Pam was so helpful from day one! She assisted me in the sale of my first home which I was very sentimentally attached to. She was great from the first walk through; very thorough and helped me set the right asking price for the neighborhood, my expectations and the current market. Her photos were awesome and really positioned the house in its best possible light! She was always very easy to reach and extremely responsive with my questions throughout the whole process. She was great about keeping me apprised as she scheduled showings and gave me feedback along the way from potential buyers. Closing was seamless. I would absolutely work with her again if buying in this market!
