From the beginning Cheryl offered me real good advice about how to get my house ready for sale. The recommended listing price for the house seemed to be right on target. It was a good price from which to negotiate. She was able to recommend a couple of painters. The one that I chose, did a terrific job. She responded to my calls quickly.
