Cheryl Fischer

Cheryl Fischer is a native Floridian born and raised in Miami, FL. She moved over to the west coast of Florida in 1993 after Hurricane Andrew and has lived in the Buckingham Area of Lee County for over 26 years. She began her real estate career back in the late 1990's and took a break to help grow her boat dealership - Fischer Marine. As you can guess, she is an avid boater and truly loves the lifestyle she sells. She re-established her license in 2012 and has been actively selling and listing property in the Lee, Collier and Charlotte County area ever since.

Cheryl prides herself in keeping on top of the real estate market and works hard to keep herself educated and current on the market so that she can guide her clients in the right direction whether buying or selling property. She has won the Five Star Education Award given by the Realtor Association of Greater Fort Myers and The Beaches three years in a row out of over 5,000 agents in Lee County and has worked hard to earn her GRI (Graduate of The Real Estate Institute), CLHMS (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist), ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative), CNE (Certified Negoitator), SRS (Sellers Representative Specialist) and SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) designations. She is also a member of The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing.
