This is our second go around with Cheryl as a buyer and most recently a seller. She is a true professional. She is knowledgable about the market and continually makes real time adjustments as needed. She is also a kind, thoughtful and vested realtor. Our main home was outside of Ct and we were concerned about being available for last minute appointments or anything that should pop up while our Ct home was on the market. She stepped in to assist, going above and beyond. Knowing she was there and available to help alleviated our worries, especially since our home required some preparation prior to viewing that the home owner would usually do and we were not always around. We highly recommend her if you are in the market to buy or sell. Her wisdom and affable personality are wonderful assets, you are in great hands!
