We can't tell you how grateful we are that Cheryl represented us when we sold our family home. She has deep knowledge of the region, knows local investors and a wonderful escrow officer, is extremely responsive to questions and concerns, and is very savvy about how to handle price-points and negotiations with buyers/other agents. She did an amazing job staging our home, which was a fixer-upper, both with actual furniture and accessories, and also with virtual staging. She made it look very appealing, despite its flaws, which drew a lot of potential buyers. And she helped make the sales process as painless as possible. Everything went without a hitch. Cheryl truly exceeded our expectations! From the day that we decided to list our house, she went out of her way to walk us through each step of the process. Selling a home can be a stressful and emotional event, but her organized and caring approach helped calm our anxiousness, and she would often pray with us. She is extremely knowledgeable, knows the housing market, and always communicated with us, keeping our best interests in mind. She was very responsive to our many questions, and it was evident that she had a great relationship with other realtors, lenders, and our escrow team. We could tell that this is more than a job to her, its her passion and her ministry. She even surprised us with little gifts along the way, including cookies, packing boxes, and a getaway trip to Catalina after closing on our sell.
