We had a prospective buyer and they wanted to close in 3 weeks. Cheri gave us the names of some extended stay hotels to call. The sale didn't end up going through but Cheri had a backup buyer and called to let them know that the house was still for sale. They were from out of town so she did a 2-3 hour video walk through with them to show the house. The house was sold to this customer within a short period of time. Cheri is very knowledgeable about selling, buying, and everything involved with the process. She sold our previous home and found the one we just sold. She is very easy to work with and always answers any questions very promptly. I would recommend her to anyone who wants to list/sell their home as well.
