We hired Cher when another realtor just wasnt responsive to our needs in selling our house. Cher came in and right away, we knew we would not be disappointed. She is extremely well connected, both with a strong network and with technology. Cher marketed our home through every venue at her disposal. Also, she doggedly followed up on leads and interested buyers. While our home took a while to sell due in part to its country location, Cher was in constant communication with us. We never had to question what she was doing. We strongly recommend Cher.

Cher listened to what we wanted in a home and when we were about to settle on a house, she asked us to please look at a couple more homes with land we wanted. I am so glad that she did that as we are living our dream and so happy with what we have. She was so awesome to take us to many places, all over until we found exactly what we wanted and helped us get it at the price we needed to pay. Cher was amazing! My mom recommended her, after Cher helped sell her home. We were looking to buy a bigger home that better fit our familys specific needs. My mom was right (she usually is).
