Cher was the only agent out of more than 5 that we spoke to who actually showed up and gave us a thorough tour of her land listing.Her patience, knowledge, and professionalism sold us instantly, and while we didnt ultimately purchase the property that Cher listed, we did retain her for the purchase of a different parcel of land which sailed through for nearly 10% below the asking price. Cher met us at the parcel we ultimately purchased, walked the entire perimeter with us in the rain, and gave us helpful insights and knowledge that well ultimately need when it comes time to build a home on the land. Chers prior experience working for the company that originally subdivided our parcel was also a helpful and welcome coincidence which made our due diligence inspection period an absolute breeze.
