Chelynn and Joe have gone above and beyond for my husband and I during our first time home buying experience. We could not have asked for a better realtor. We had a one of a kind difficult situation that they took care of perfectly in every way possible! We contacted The Broughton's through there website. They called us within 10 minutes of filling out there online form. Within the hour of talking with them about what we want and budget, we had an email of listings. We went through them that night and they took us to see our favorites 2 days later. We fell in love that day! Chelynn and Joe took us right back tk there office, wrote up the offer, even had dinner with us while they explained all the paperwork to us. By the next morning we had a house! They scheduled everything for us and keep us updated, sat with us through closing, and came to visit after we closed and moved in. They were great and very easy to work with!
