My husband and I have used the Jewell Group with every one of our moves!!! Dawn was AMAZING to work with when we purchased and then sold a home in Indiana & Chelsea and Craig have been great to work with for all of our Kentucky needs. We've purchased and sold multiple times in Kentucky with them! Their communication is excellent and they all work hard to meet your needs. They have all become like family to us and we look forward to continuing to work with them in the future. We won't use anyone else for our realty needs. They were also my sister's realtor as well as my parents!

I can't overstate how amazing the team there is, Chelsea Woods in particular. I decided to use a VA home loan and quite a few VA reps recommended this group for my area. Chelsea managed to get 3 potential homes I was interested lined up in a single weekend day so I didn't have to waste anytime out of work. Unfortunately, those 3 didn't pan out, yet she somehow a home that was not yet on market, with more square footage than I was seeking, for a price under my maximum. Perhaps there was a tad bit of luck involved, but considering how easy the process was for me thanks to her hard work...I doubt it. I'd recommend anyone specifically ask for Chelsea Woods should you use this company.

Chelsea Wood with the Jewell Smith Group came highly recommended and was so helpful in helping us find the perfect piece of land, getting us connected with the right custom home builder! It didn't stop there! She offered expert advice, returned calls, texts, and emails promptly and answered all of our questions throughout the whole process. She did drive-by photos, sent updates on a regular basis and attended selection appointments with us when her schedule allowed. She attended closing with us and celebrated the completion right alongside us! I give her my highest recommendation! You will not go wrong having her as your realtor.
