First, I like to prepare a Comparative Market Analysis to show the owners a realistic price range I think we can obtain in this current market...Next, I like to discuss what we need to do to the home to make it market-ready! This is a partnership, so I help in any way to make it more appealing, whether it's pressure-washing, helping find movers, etc... I also like to remind sellers not to get discouraged & promise them I will stick through it with them until the end!
